I like the new version and really like Downsize generally, but I'm having trouble getting a bright white for the frame. All my frames are a kind of dirty white. Please advise?

   Hi Fraser,

   When you select the frame color are you certain you are selecting a pure white as the color? To make sure you can click on the third tab in the color picker and click on "White" at the bottom of the list.

   That's all I can think of offhand. If that isn't it - is the white showing up correctly in the preview image, but not in the processed images? There's a chance that if the jpeg compression is too low it could be effecting the final result.
