Hi,

I am considering buying your application since it's doing a very good job on resizing / watermarking.

Will you add sometime also a rename functionality with sequential numbers. Today I am doing this in automator after resizing but it would be nice to have it done while resizing

Thanks : )

    Hi Jerome,

We are considering adding renaming functionality to the next major release of Downsize. I can't officially announce any features for that version yet, but it's looking likely.

    Thanks Dan !

Will this new version be offered to current customers ? Or should I hold my breath ;-) ?

    Best,

    Jérôme

    Jérôme,

No final decisions have been made regarding upgrades at this point. Sorry I can't offer more details!

yes, it's more than overdue to be able to rename the resized files with a prefix like s- / m- / l- , that allows to distinguish between original an resized - other software like the wellpraised "coconuthumb" can do that nicely! Unfortunately it does not support newer versions of Mac OS.
