Meta data of invoice PDFs

I just created my first custom-designed invoice and realised, that the PDF file receives

  • "On The Job" as title and
  • my system name as creator

Would be helpful, if OTJ used the company name an the invoice number instead, or even better: have the option in OTJ to set what goes where in the PDF meta data.

    Hi Simon,

I'm not sure if I'm understanding the problem correctly. Is this just a problem in the PDF meta-data, or in the actual invoice design in some way?

    Hi Dan,

what I refer to is only the meta-data of the PDF file. When On The Job creates the PDF file it uses "On The Job" for the meta data field "title" and my system name for the field "creator".

What I suggest is, that On The Job could also write the invoice nr / file name (into the "title" field) and the name of my On The Job profile (into the "creator" field).

I hope this makes it clearer.

    Best,

    Simon

Yes, thanks - and thanks for letting us know about this issue.
