Per job pricing and other "custom fields"

Hi there,

Enjoying this more as I work through getting more familiar with it. In the future some customization on a per-job level would be good. For example, I do work for a client who has many clients. The rates I charge my client for those different clients varies. Currently every time I create a new item, I have to change the rate to match that particular client.

Along these same lines, having the ability to specify a per-job purchase order or other custom fields that would then be available in the draggable tags would be very nice.
