Menu bar icon, idle alert, and menu bar thoughts

I like the Idle alert. My dock is pretty small and hidden so I don't always see the bouncing icon when OTJ triggers the idle alert. Changing the menu bar icon to red so there is that visual cue as well.

This next thing is just something to make it even smoother when resuming a task: sometimes I am stopped by something and come back to it but it's above my idle threshold. I have to then switch back to the app and select the "subtract" option, then hit space again to restart the timer. A third option could be "subtract and resume".

Lastly for the menu bar, the ability to bring OTJ to the front from there would be good, especially if there is a way to jump directly to an item in the drill down. I hope those make sense. Let me know if not.
