Missing Data
I used a Mac program called AppCleaner to remove some old Adobe CS versions from my hard drive. Now my On The Job app has lost all of my current data that I need, of course, to invoice the clients who I bill hourly.
I use Time Machine and tried restoring the User > Library > Application Support folders for both On The Job 3 and OnTheJob but it does not restore my latest data.
Also, which I think is related, my icon shortcut in my dock (the bee) has the "missing" question mark, so I have to go directly to my Applications folder. The icon there is the stopwatch, which I seem to remember was the previous version if I'm correct. I would guess the old data that is in my On The Job now is probably from around the time I upgraded to the new version. But in checking for updates, it says I am running the "newest version" which it shows as 2.3.1.
So I hope this is enough information to explain my situation. I really need to restore my app and it's data!
Please help!
Thanks in advance,
Neil Brown

Hi Neil,
Really sorry for not having gotten back to you about this sooner. Since the latest version is a paid upgrade, it won't automatically update, but you can download a copy of it from our website:

Hopefully when you run it all of your data will be intact. If not let me know and we can work from there.
