Rounding of total cost
Hello!
I would love it if you could add rounding of the total costs, either up or down to closest integer, or up or down to closest float (e.g. 0,50). In Sweden this is called "Öresavrundning". This is done after taxes have been added. Also having the option to include this in the invoice like so:
Total costs before taxes: 25,23kr
Taxes: 6,31kr
"Öresavrundning": -0,04kr Total costs after taxes: 31,50kr
I understand this is a very specific request, but almost every company in sweden has this in their invoices.

Hello,
Very interesting - thanks for letting us know about this. I wonder if other countries have the same thing? I find it interesting that it's rounded to 31,50 instead of 32,00. What are the possible values the total can be rounded to?

The reason for it being rounded to 31,50 is that the smallest denomination in sweden is 0,50 kr (also known as 50 öre, like your cents). That's why it's commonly rounded to closest 0,50 kr.

I'm working in Switzerland and have the same problem.
Everyone rounds to 0.05 Swiss Francs. A rounding feature after the tax has been added would indeed be very helpful.
