Can't Change time?

For some reason, On the Job is not allowing me to edit the timer. I know I should be able to double click the timed item and then change the time - but all of a sudden it's not letting me do it. I used to be able to highlight the time to change and just type a new number, but nothing happens when I do that so I tried using the arrows and it look like the number "wheel" is turning but it just stays the same number.

    Nicole,

    I'm not sure off the top of my head what might be causing this. If you create a brand new job item and attempt to alter it's time, does it work or do you get the same result?
