Dan, is possible that I translate it and you incorpore the translation to "On the job"? I can't like a payment for this job. Well, if is possible, a free copy in Spanish for my use :-D

Thank you for the offer, however the application is not ready to
be translated just yet, there's some internal work that needs to be
done first. When we get to that point we will most likely put a
call out for translators either here in our support forums or on
twitter.

On The Job is currently only available in English, but I have noted this as a feature request.
