I work in film and I know a ton of people that would buy this iPhone app if it were available. Most people that I know that do post production already have the desktop app and a lot of people in the production and Assistant director department use the desktop app too. I've had two conversations about an iPhone app for OTJ JUST THIS WEEK! Lets get it going guys! :-)

I would buy this app for iPhone. With syncing, it would allow me to time my sessions on my PC as well. Great idea!

Hmmm,
what is comming up in future with "on the job"???
In between i have bought IBIZ (they are still development an iPhone app) and i am testing Billings (it has both)

@Micheal sure Billings has an iPhone app. Of course I haven't been able to get it to sync since iOS 4 and they don't really seems interested in helping fix the issue.

Me too! iPhone App with sync would be great! I love the simplicity of this app. Only the template designer could be better. A grid and snapping to it would make my life easier. BTW, how do I change the default template to use for invoices???

The default template for a client will be set to the last used template - which hopefully means that you don't often have to worry about changing it.

i saw another companies (rivals of On The job), started to make the app.
i agree .. an On the job. ... Iphone/Ipod Touch App would be great.

Just got an iPhone at last... and am now looking for timesheet and invoicing software that can sync with my MBPro and iPhone. I haven't found one I am interested in except for the potential of this. Billings seems to have some issues, so like others here I also hope you can get an iPhone app made too.

Any updates on an iOS app? Desperately searching for a time-tracking/invoicing solution that would allow me to manage from my mac mini or my ibook, but allow for timing on my iPod Touch when I'm out of the office... Billings looked tempting, but when I tried it out, it was unnecessarily complicated and the reviews on app syncing killed it for me... On The Job seems like what I'm looking for, but without the iOS side... :(
