Can I edit an invoice after it has been created?

I'd like to be able to edit an invoice after it has been created. The software doesn't appear to have that ability. I have seen it suggested that it's best to delete the invoice and create a new one. I have automatic numbering in use. If I delete and create a new one, the number still increments. Now I'll have a whole in my invoice order.

So, can we get some simple editing options?

Great software by the way!

No apology necessary - glad to hear you got it sorted out.

I will take a look at the issue of the note not being saved.

hey Dan .... is there anyway to view ALL of my invoices consecutively?

I'm wanting to view all of my "global" invoices in order of invoice number
even ones that have been paid already?

    any suggestions?

    thanks

    Jamie,

When you say Global, do you meant that you regularly create invoices that include information from multiple clients?

Can I ask you, in the bigger picture, what information you are attempting to see?

let me see if this helps.

    I have around 30 clients
each client might have roughly 5 clients each since january 2011.

I'd like to see ALL invoices dating from January 2011 - March 2011

is there anyway to do that?

    Jamie,

No, there is currently no way to view all invoices like that in one view.

any chance that might be an addition to an updated version of "on the job?"

    Jamie,

It's certainly something we will consider, however I can't comment on specific future features.
