I would be nice to allow for a custom field to only reside on the last page. I often have estimates that run to multiple pages and want to include some notes at the end.

   I second that! Has anything been going on since then for this matter?
   Every time an invoice gets to be longer than just one page I have the problem, that I can't put my notes just at the end of the whole invoice. In addition to the "first page only" button I would need a "last page only" or a "this page only" feature.

   Meanwhile I have to create invoices longer than one page in Microsoft Word...
