Multiuser setup -- changes to overflow are only saved in primary user?

I installed Overflow while logged in as a primary user that I want to keep for troubleshooting. Is there a way to keep different Overflow setups for each user?

    Each user on the machine should be able to have Overflow configured seperately, as the configuration data is stored in the user's home directory in the ~/Library/Application Support/Overflow/ folder.
